FALL 2008 SCHEDULE

FIRST CLASS IS ALWAYS FREE!

Fall,Winter Session Friday Danskinetics

Happy dancing time! We will begin dancing again on Friday mornings at 9:00 am at a Dancer's Dream in Marblehead on September 26.

Classes will run from 9:00 to 10:30 until November 21. This will be an 8 week session costing $100. We will meet every week except the Friday of Columbus Day weekend, which is October 10.

If you know in advance you will not be able to attend a class because of a schedule conflict, please let me know ahead of time and we will work something out. I am continuing to encourage commitment to the class, so the drop in rate for one class remains $20.

FIRST CLASS IS FREE IN ALL CLASSES!

Senior dance classes at the Marblehead Council on Aging

Fridays 11:00 to 11:45 a.m.

For all levels of fitness including those who dance in their chairs. Bring a friend and you both dance for free! Suggested $5 per class to the COA.

Nancy Demuth dance experience based upon Kripalu DansKinetics integrated with physical therapy.
